On October 11th, 2009 Southern Arizona will receive it's first opportunity to train in the Krav Maga of current Sayeret Duvdevan, active operators of YAMAM, the Israeli Presidential Security Staff, Israeli Prison Service Officers, Elite Security personnel and the privleged citizens of Israel who train with Moshe Katz and/or Itay Gil.

This unique method of Krav Maga began it's inception as IKI President Itay Gil took the additional position of Tactics Instructor for the YAMAM (Israeli Border Police Hostage Rescue Unit) many years ago. Being the lead Tactics Instructor was an effective proving ground because, per agency policy, he remained LOCHEM (fighter/operator) while he developed new techniques and approaches to dealing with terrorist and criminal violence. Never getting too far from the action created real time feedback on what was and was not effective.

Moshe Katz is Mr. Gil's highest ranked student and founder of Israeli Krav International. Mr. Katz is also the only person who currently trains regularly with Itay Gil, is authorized to teach and travels and the globe to teach this modern/unique method.
